Recording Format Question

I'm using a HyperDeck Shuttle 2 and have a recording format question. The agency I work for uses this recorder to record downhole camera footage. The camera runs through an analog to digital converter before being recorded by the HyperDeck. This is an example of one of the images. https://imgur.com/0iGXWP2 These videos are reviewed and then screenshots are used in report write-ups. The recordings run between 10 and 40 minutes long and are making files which are 2gb to 20gb in size. These files are too large and I need to change the compression on the HyperDeck from Uncompressed to Apple ProRes, Avid DNxHD Quicktime, or Avid DNxHD MXF, but I am not sure which is optimal for what we are trying to use these images for. Does anyone have suggestions for this?
