Intensity Shuttle usb 3.0- SONY a7 iii - Laptop

Hi,
I read other topics and check (I think) all the options and variations but still can't connect my camera to the computer. Can U help? I read on other pages that IS usb 3.0 do not work with sony a7s (and i think r also) - is this my problem?

I think your Sony A7 is sending 1080P output on the HDMI. While the Shuttle only accept up to 1080i.

So lower the output resolution.

Check the Shuttle with a HDMI output of a laptop set to 1280x720P

Like I said, I checked all the possibilities, one by one. I took GH4 set it to same settings as my a7III and it worked. Does anybody connected Sony fullframe via Instensity Shuttle to laptop?

which one should I choose and which one in Desktop Video Setup?

Again what you have quoted here are Recording formats!

Here watch this video: Around 2:40 he sets the HDMI output settings. Put it 1080i, not P, not Auto!!
