I have hooked up a UltraStudio Mini Monitor to a ViewSonic VA2703 monitor, using a HDMI->DVI cable to get to the DVI-D input. I am getting no signal out of Adobe Premiere. Any way to make it work? It works fine when outputing to a regular TV through the HDMI input.
