Davinci resolve 16 shows black screen on imported media but the audio plays,please can someone help

resolve will play Braw

Like many other PC users, I'm almost desperate for a BRAW player for PC. In my case, I start a 2 week tour filming interviews etc and my laptop doesn't handle playback of BRAW footage in Resolve as it keeps complaining about my graphics card. That's not an issue when I'm sitting in the edit suite where I have a powerful system. So being able to view BRAW quickly and to edit the metadata such as marking or unmarking "Good take" etc is really useful for my workflow during days away on shoots.

Hi, you can use something like this:

vlc --rawvid-chroma GREY --rawvid-fps 25 --rawvid-width 256 --rawvid-height 256 file/rawvid://PATH/TO/FILE

during macinstallation the braw player is installed in the resolve folder - could be the same with windows !?
