Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt not working with Roland V1HD

Hi everyone.. please help me, i cant make the intensity shuttle to work with the roland v1hd video switcher.. When i hook the camera directly to the intensity it works but not when using the switcher.. Any idea of how to get this to work.

Look for the EDID HDCP setting in the Roland. EDID HDCP must be OFF.

Also if the Roland output resolution framerate is set to 1080P50/60 it wont work. Because the Shuttle can only capture up to 1080 I Interlaced

Hi I really appreciate you taking time to respond..
I have looked for the EDID settings on the V1HD but can't find it. I searched all the settings one by one and even online I couldn't get it.. for the frame rate I had it set to 1080i.

I'm sorry i was tired.. I meant HDCP copy protection.
