Dears,

Bought Ultra Studio Mini Recorder

Installed Desktop Video app in Mac

While Installation "SetFile" in not compatible for this version such an error was showing

Later on the app "No Desktop Video device was connected" error was showing

Tried HDMI and SDI cameras

Look at Page 11 of the Desktop Video manual, where it talks about how to enable extensions on macOS High Sierra

"If you are installing Desktop Video on macOS High Sierra or later for the first time, then you will need to enable your Mac to use your Desktop Video equipment during the installation process."

One thing I noticed is the the window that pops up showing "System Extension Blocked" and how to allow it is underneath the installer window. So that's maybe how you missed it?

Try reinstalling again, and allowing that before the installation completes.
