Decklink Quad HDMI Recorder pcle card

Is it possible to get a standalone Switcher sofware from Blackmagic to work with Decklink Quad HDMI recorder?Live steaming using your software without hardware.

BMD has no software for that.
Look at vmix or OBS studio
