BM Intensity Shuttle cannot connect Canon 77D

Hello.
I have a Canon 77D and I'm trying to do livestream with it.
When connect the camera to a monitor by HDMI, it show the live preview on the monitor.
But when I connect to a Intensity Shuttle, it show nothing. I google it and the common issue is mismatch resolution. I checked my camera, no HDMI output setting, but they do have a "Movie rec. size" I set it to FHD ( 1920x1080 50 fps -

). I set the BM Media Express to 1080i50, but still no image.
Any one ever tried 77D with BM ? Please help

Interlaced and progressive are different and this is the reason you are not seeing content because the Shuttle will not support formats above 1080p30. You'll see additional information on the formats it will support on the tech spec page.
