Unable to access video

I just bought an intensity shuttle. After installing the setup, I opened the 'desktop video setup', plugged in my shuttle, but its not showing on the app. I check my devices, I saw the shuttle was connected to the system and yet it wasn't still showing up.

Please, what do I do?

It's not just you,....

I've got a Shuttle USB3 that works on one system, just moved it over to a system that regularly gets wiped and reinstalled for testing, downloaded the latest drivers, and getting 'Unsigned Driver' when connecting the Shuttle
Mine is Win7 Ultimate with all it's drivers updated.
