Problem getting video into Mini Studio

Here's the situation. I have a camera that I'm trying to capture video from to record on my computer.

Signal path is:
Camera (RoboSHOT 12E HDBT) > HDBase T > Crestron Controller > Output devices

Camera goes to Crestron and out to all of its various devices with no issues at all. But I can't get that feed working in my BM device.

I'm able to get video to literally any monitor or screen that I plug the feed into. I can see in the BM system prefs pane that the signal coming in is 1080p 30fps, but no video content can be seen my any of the various capture programs that I've tried.

Any ideas here?

If i may take a guess. The crestron is outputing a HDCP signal. Which can not be captured due too Content protection...

Also when connected to a TV. Hit the info button and check what the output resolution and framerate of that hdmi is.. Because if it is 1080p50 the mini won't do at all as it does not support 1080P50
