Hello there, I just have a question. I would like to fullscreen preview the signal from DaVinci Resolve on a BenQ 10Bit monitor.
I have a 2017 27" iMac with 2 Thunderbolt 3 (TB3) port. I connect to a TB1 G-RAID unit (it comes with 2 TB1 ports) through a TB3-TB2 adaptor. That works perfect.
Would it be possible to connect the UltraStudio Mini Monitor to the G-RAID using just a TB1 cable?
That way:
- I wouldn't have to buy an extra adaptor
- I would save a TB3 port on my iMac.
I asked a local reseller, but they didn't answer me back yet.
I also posted this twice, because I didn't remember my old login credentials so I created a new account. Any Administrators, feel free to delete that other post (and the whole account - I couldn't do it myself).
