Hello
I just bought a multidock thunderbolt 2 to use with my 2013 trash can
2.7 GHz 12-Core Intel Xeon E5
64 GB 1866 MHz DDR3
AMD FirePro D500 3072 MB
Osx 10,13,6
It seems the device performs well, i made some transfer test and they were fast as expected. but
the light on the deck has never lighted,
I checked the SD card provided with the device but found only a user manual. I was expecting a driver although it's usually not mandatory on a mac.
I also checked on the support page of your website and i found anything.
Am i doing something wrong ?
For the record my rig is a Protools avid HDX with 4 interface (3 192 and one DAD NTP) if it's important.
