as in the title, media express looks very bad in palying footage, in a fist moment i was convinced that was due to the 4K stuff that is heavy to play but once i had a try to play HD stuff i see that there is no dofference at all so the reason of the very scatting playback have to be somewhere esle

does anyone have a solution? or just an explanation for this?

do we have to waith for a better release maybee?

Information such as your computer specs, the product you're using and the version of Desktop Video you have installed on the computer would be very helpful to others trying to provide guidance on this issue you're reporting.
