DeckLink HD Extreme 3D

I recently received BlackMagic DeckLink HD Extreme 3D. I know it's an older model. Can you please let me know what software is available for this model and where it can be downloaded?

Also, can anybody tell me how to fix the fan to card? it keeps falling off.
