Full screen on second calibrated display from iMac pro

On an iMac pro with no means of adding a card - what black magic equipment do I need to display full screen image on an external calibrated monitor?

Ultrastudio. The cheapest one (which I think is still available) is the Mini Monitor.
Resolve 18 Studio, Mac Pro 3.0 GHz 8-core, 32 gigs RAM, dual AMD D700 GPU.
Audio I/O: Sound Devices USBPre-2
