is this Intensity Shuttle for Mac or PC

I bought an Intensity Shuttle for USB 3.0 from a friend, assumed it was for Mac but downloaded latest Desktop Video and I can't get my computer to recognize it. (I also have an Intensity Extreme for Thunderbolt, which works fine). I'm thinking the shuttle might be for PC, but how can I tell? I do have the serial #....

I though the USB3 version worked on both, no problems on my Windows 10 machine with mine.
