Is it usual to not get any update from an RMA for 2 weeks ?

Is it usual to not get any update from an RMA for 2 weeks ?

Hey everyone !

Not sure on which forum to post this but, nothing really ticks the right box for this subject.

I had to send my UM4.6k for RMA recently, they confirmed the reception, told me how much the repair will cost, then I confirmed the procedure. That was August 19, and to this day I have zero update on the situation (nothing about payment for the repair or the shipment). I asked in my email if they could to a general check up of the camera in addition to the repair, no respond to that.

Is this kind of delay common ?

hello, i am Jeff from West Africa. please i need someone to put me through on what to do...i have two black magic cameras packed up for Panel problems. 4. and 2.5 they dont come up anymore and the engineer said the mother board which is the panel is bad and needs replacement. please how can i purchase a panel?

Best I can tell they dont have a professional repair system. They should have web forms, and a site where we can keep tabs on progress or communicate with us or check on shipping needs. But its a cut and paste form on a email and 3-4 weeks later your gear is suddenly on your doorstep.
