Intensity Pro not-4K Which One Is Yellow?

Kinda what it says, I got the card and it's installed in my Mac Pro -- OSX is seeing it, still learning how to get stuff into it. I wanted to try analog and the NES is right there so it is the candidate .. but it has 1 Audio and 1 Video out/in ... so on the breakout (hydra) cable, which one corresponds to "yellow" or "single video" (composite? It's been a while.) SO CLOSE!
