Setup of DesktopVideo 11.3 and 11.4 fails

we have Industry-PC with Decklink 4k pro already plugged in the system on Windows 7 Pro.
Each time, when I start the setup of DesktopVideo the installer runs thru the setup and is asking 10 times of confirmation for specific Drivers, which I confirmed all the time. After the 10th confirmation the setup starts to roll back the installation and cancel everthing.
While the setup is runing I left the ControlApp open to see if the card is recognised by the system which is the case. So I guess the card is fine.
Any suggestions how to deal with this issue?
