Decklink Duo 2 stopped seeing 3 and 4 input

Today updated windows, after that the card outputs stopped working.
Always involved all four inputs, now only as shown in the screenshot.

I can not understand what the problem is, it got to the point that I completely reinstalled windows. It did not help...

Has anyone encountered this? How to solve a problem? Help!

I solved the problem by installing Desktop Video 11.3
Before that, I deleted the device from the device manager
