buying spare parts, where ???

on the URSA Mini a client lost both handles that you turn to keep the rods in place plus one of the insert that push on the rod inside the hole

trying to find a place that sells spare parts

we need one like this



that goes in that hole


plus the handles/screws that keep them in place

forgot to tell we are in Canada
