Iris shading on sensor of BMCC

PostThu Nov 08, 2018 8:20 pm

Please see attached still.

This still was from an old Zeiss Super Speed with a triangle iris. The shading expands and contracts with the opening and closing of the iris. It occurs with three different lenses.

Tried shutting the camera down for a day but it's still there on power-up.

Anybody have any ideas on how to get rid of it?

Thanks!

Are you saying that is burnt into the sensor or appears in the image with these lenses? If the latter, it would seem to be a lens issue and not sensor issue.
