Failure to reset T/C

PostMon Nov 11, 2019 11:15 am

Hello,
found an issue where I can re set the Time of Day T/C to local time, but when I switch back to Free Run mode the T/C defaults back to factory settings. I have reset the camera but this did not help. Is there an user accessible System battery that could be removed to facilitate a 'hard T/C reboot?
It would be a pity to send the camera 'in' to resolve the problem.

Which camera? On the Ursa Broadcast T/C free run can be reset to 00:000.00. :? Free run T/C is not time of day based, but rather is a continuous time code run, giving you run hours, minutes, seconds and frames. ;)

So, page 61 of the manual, second paragraph under the 'Timecode' heading does suggest to me that I should be able to reset Free running to my current t.o.d?
Apologies in advance if it turns out that I am not interpreting this manual correctly. :?:
