Purchase of DR16

Im thinking about a few questions:
DR16 free version fits perfectly well my small needs
But special effects provided by OpenFX plugins look very nice!
Though, the cost 300$ (how much in Euros?) I believe, is for DR16 including all of the OpenFX plugins
Is that a cost for a lifetime, or has it to be updated in price and software for each new version?
Is there any option for OpenFX plugins only

The cost is currently for a lifetime license. When you buy it now, you can use it with any Resolve version they ever gonna release (valid until they decide to change that license model - I guess).

For example - when I bought my BMCC camera in 2013 it came with a dongle and Resolve 9 - now I am using the same dongle with Resolve 16.
