Lanc and MFT mount?

Hi,
Does the passive MFT mount version of the BMCC mean that I can't use Lanc to control focus and iris?

The passive MFT mount doesn't have any electronics in it so the LANC controller won't be able to change iris or focus. You could try a wireless follow focus system instead.

Who wants to run and gun anyway. For the future, I'll just have to content myself with beautifully framed (anamorphic) RAW on the BMCC MFT
