Frankly, this image is so underexposed, I think it's not worth using at full frame, HD output. If you do something creative, like put it in a small container or something where you can shrink the clips size, it might work. The amount of noise once you bring up the exposure is just horrendous. I used to have really good de-noising software, but I haven't used it in a long time. Maybe that would work, but for the amount of noise in this shot, you would soften the image up dramatically.
