HELP!!! Brand new BMCC does not charge!!!

Today I received my BMCC 2.5K MFT. I shot with it a little, then put on the charger. It does not charge!!!! What can I do?????

I would definitely call customer support.

In case you didn't know, the BMCC doesn't show any charge light. The only way to tell (somewhat) is to power the camera on while it's plugged in. Does the battery icon change to a charging icon (similar to iOS)? If it does, it's charging.

Thank God!! I disassembled the charger (you know you get different plugs...), and a little bit one of the legs in it was not straight. I fixed it, and plugged it in. Now it charges! I hope it will work properly from now on!

Make sure your new camera has the latest firmware installed too. That might be the issue?! Use the latest firmware from the online support page.
