On-Camera monitor for BMCC

After going out on 2 field shoots, it has become pretty apparent that you simply cannot shoot without an external monitor with the bmcc. The reflection of the LCD monitor is just plain ridiculous, but y'all already know that. So I am looking to order a monitor from B&H. Something in the $650 range. Def less than $700. Any suggestions? Hopefully somebody who has bought one and it's using it can make a recommendation. Ikan seems to have a few going for around that price but I'd like to hear from somebody who's actually using them.
