BMCC becoming industry standard

PostFri Sep 06, 2013 10:53 am

Just noticed few ads lately for " DOP/Cameraman wanted with BMCC " ,it seems that BMCC ,now that is available , is fast becoming industry standard in independent film community.

If you're going to make a film RAW is the best way and for those on a low budget the BMCC is going to often be the only choice.

I'm in the no-budget realm myself too. And yes, it's the ONLY viable choice for us who want to tell their stories in a technically quality way. I'm an old-school guy who prefers film to digital, but shooting RAW with the BMCC gives me a piece of mind. I think BMCC is truly "digital film".
