Small white dots BMPCC low light

PostSat Oct 19, 2013 12:46 pm

Hello,

having an issue here with very low lights shots.
here is a screen shot, where i pushed the contrast.
those dots are static on the shots. like some dead pixels.
also i noticed some flickering on the first shots i did in very low light, i thought it was a monitoring bug, just as when you update the camera, but it is present in the shots. it didn't happen again though.

anybody noticed the same white dots issue?

Yes, check out the recent thread, "BMPCC Hot Pixels". I had this issue and sent my camera to support a few days ago. As with the flickering issue, I had that happen once as well, but yeah, didn't see it again.
