Cineroid EVF4CSS does not work with BMCC

I recently bought a Cineroid EVF4CSS for my BMCC. Every time I hook it up to the Camera, all I get is a green screen on the EVF. I have tried it with my 2nd BMCC and I still get the same thing.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problems, does anyone have a solution? If you doubt what product it is, here's a link below.

I´m not absolutely sure but i think i read somewhere that the Cineroid EVF4CSS is incompatible with the BMCC.

I remember that when i was preparing to buy my Cineroid EVF4RVW.

Have you downloaded the latest firmware update? I know there used to be an issue because it wouldn't accept 1080...but they updated that by firmware.

Also, have you tried changing your output on the BMCC to interlaced?

How do I change the output on BMCC, I've never tried it. I also searched for firmware update on Cineroid website but can't find it.

I own it and it works
probably has to do with the firmware, but i have no idea about how can you update it

I'm sure it's running 1.4.2 I have tried everything in the books, I really wished it worked, it cost a lot.
