monitoring output

What will the camera output to a monitor? Will I have to look at flat raw images or is there a Rec 709 output option?

It output's SDI at 1080p. As for if it outputs RAW files or REC709 you can do either. The setting is in the menu.

It records internally to RAW or ProRes or DNx.

If you choose ProRes or DNx you have the choice to record Film or Video. Film gives you a flat logish image. Video gives you a 709 style image.

On the monitoring output, you can also choose FILM or VIDEO.

You can use our SDI to HDMI mini converter. Should fit nicely for this.

"Afterglow" clips are in film or in 709?? i mean...they are not as flat as for example an alexa log. I mean, you can almost uses them without Color correction.
