I don't.

Some people recommend using the anti glare screen protector for iPads but that's a great way to kill your screen resolution and make focus a hassle if you're using the screen for critical focus. If you have an EVF/monitor, I don't see why a screen protector would be an issue and I'd recommend one.

I wrap a microfiber cloth around the cam when moving between sets/locations to keep the screen from getting scratched.

I used one which I cut from an ipad screen anti-glare screen protector.

The screen is slightly less sharp, but with focus peaking its still very easy to focus. It really does help to reduce the glare.

I recommend it.

I had an anti glare protector on it but got tired of the murky display and took it off. Perhaps a standard screen protector would be fine but the antiglare wasn't conducive to my particular operation.

I did the same thing as Tom the first day I got my camera, but mine it's not anti glare, just a regular screen protector. I was searching for the 5'' screen protectors but couldn't find one, so I got one from an iPad mini and cut it. It don't bother my sight in any way.

Pulling focus is much harder when it's sunny and all you can see is your own face in the screen. :D

I'd suggest you give it a try again because it really makes a huge positive difference. And the hit to sharpness isn't all that great in real world scenarios. This is the one I bought and cut to fit.

In addition to the glare ones, there are matte screen protectors for different iPad generations and models. If you use these, then it won't kill the screen resolution of the iPad.
