I would like to share with you an embarrassing situation that has already lasted several months.
After purchasing the Black Magic Ursa Mini G2 unit from an approved D&H photo video store, this unit allowed me to do production over a period of three months.
Imagine that after this last use, it refuses to turn on.
We used the UK laboratory center where the unit was shipped twice in a row for the same malfunctions, something made possible because we still have our warranty valid.
This situation makes us perplexed at the idea of not respecting our production schedule for the current year.
I desperately leave this message on your forum in order to have a very favorable response for a better option for replacing the unit.
