Not sure it can happen without a cost.
The reason your camera turns on and shoots in seconds is because it is booting only the firmware for that specific codec and frame rate.
That blink that happens when you change a setting in the menu and going back to record it literally the camera re-booting. It happens so fast most don’t realise that’s what’s going on.
If they were to load all the firmware required for this scenario then the camera would take much longer to boot. And it would likely need more memory etc.
Look at the boot up time of a RED or Arri. It’s minutes.
