Has anyone wondered....?

Whether this is a giant social experiment to see how long it will take for video producers to actually start murdering each other over the release of a camera?

As it is, I'm pretty sure BMD Disk Speed Test enables users to administer ever-stronger electric shocks (via the intertubes) to other folks on the BMCC pre-order waiting list, after being instructed to do so by management.

More likely the thousands of people eagerly waiting for cameras, who are sat on the BMCC page refreshing every 2 seconds to see if 'limited shipping' changes to 'shipping massive quantities to stores near you' lol
