Martin, I quite like that footage, especially in such a challenging exposure/lighting situation. The only shot that was pushed too hard (to my eye) was the chapel interior at about 5:00, and if that was lit primarily by candle-light, I'd say it's still a marvel.

I confess to being confused by the opening shot, but not due to any flaw in the photography. Never having seen the M.St.Michel holiday lights, I had no idea the city elders have such poor taste as to include strobe lighting. So, initially my eye was seeing the base of the island shot in fast-motion or time-lapse, composited with a real-time shot of the bus. Then, my brain tried to explain that there was a crowd of 100's or 1000's of tourists taking flash photos. Eventually, I realized what I was actually seeing.
