Touch screen stop working black magic production 4k

Hey so my 4k black magic production camera suddenly has a non working touch screen.

SUPER annoying because it happened mid job and was stuck with the settings I last had.

Only had this thing for like 2 months what the hell! Can someone help me what to do about the touch screen that suddenly doesn't work...

Has anyone Found a solution to this problem with the Touch Screen being non-responsive? Besides sending it back?

I have a feature that requires the Camera and we are shooting overseas. I leave in a week and kind of need my camera working.
