Upgrade to URSA mini 4K

PostThu Jun 18, 2015 11:42 pm

The ursa mini 4k is the same sensor as the production camera and the same price( better form factor and SLOWMOTION). OK but how much will cost a shooting ready kit. And the Cfast 2.0 crazy price????

Absolutely cheap shooting ready kit:

1. Camera itself.
2. M42 (Or what REFLEX stills glass you have) to EF adapter. Non-reflex glass will not fit.
3. Battery. Minimally - a used notebook battery 10.8v + DIY cable + universal RC charger. Optimally - a V-mount, battery and specific charger.
4. Heap of old stills glass and a lens cleaning kit.
5. Microphone. It's a necessity. I have Zoom H2n, but H1, H4, H6 may be better ergonomically.
6. A tripod with low-noise head.
7. A burnt CFast card to gut it for the CFast to SSD adapter, if you cannot afford a CFast 2 card and are a DIY man. If not - prepare to buy a specified CFast card.
8. CFast to SATA adapter.
