Test Clip with full metadata

To all those shooting and providing text files;

Can someone please share a short clip in both CinemaDNG and ProRes with film dynamic range set where all of the metadata fields have been filled in - scene, take, comments, keywords and such. Also please record audio as the metadata is part of of the audio file. When providing the CinemaDNG file, please include original containing folder. I want to test the entire source naming workflow through post from a metadata perspective.
