Emailed B&H last night to clarify what "On Order" means. best i can grab from the internet is "Backordered" means they have your order, but can not place it, or have but they do not expect to get orders filled in the appropriate/usual amount of time. "On order" meaning, not in stock, but order has been sent and expect stock in usual time. Again, this was from internet research, and am still waiting a reply from B&H to clarify.
Will edit when B&H replies.
Edit: 3:32pm CST
"Brad G: Your order is still on backorder.
Brad G: We have an estimated arrival time of 4-6 weeks
Trevor Zuck: ok, just curious as to why on the site it says "Status: On Order" (in green) versus last week's "Status: Backordered" (in red) was it just a site thing where instead of saying backordered you just now use the term "On Order?"
Brad G: We are now using the term On Order for backordered items
Brad G: I apologize for the confusion"
