From looking at the BMC and the EPIC chart, even if we can't compare them per say (3K and 40K body only). The BMC seems to start aliasing and moire exactly in the 1920x1080 portion of the chart. But the good thing is that when you go in higher levels of details like in the J zone 2048x1152 and the 4K, moire disappear. Aliasing stays but having to choose, I would stay with aliasing because color moire is more distracting. So BMC is not a clear winner compared to the EPIC which has a perfect chart. I am certain that a moire filter before the sensor would have helped this issue, but for a trade in detail so I guess BM team had to make a choice.
I don't even want to watch the chart of the MKII, since we all know it resolve's around 600 lines anyway and is crippled with moire and aliasing all around.
