Blackmagic Cinema Camera EF available

PostThu Jan 31, 2013 9:31 pm

I am an authorized BMD reseller. A client cancelled his order for the Cinema Camera. It is brand new, unopened. Let me know if you are interested in purchasing it. anne@nichevideo.com

I saw Anne's post a few minutes after it was online, so I was tempted by the golden opportunity to pick it up without waiting. But then I thought of those present and future hyperprimes from SLR Magic that look even better to me than they did before I picked up Adam Wilts Ciné Meter app. T0.95 seems sweet on the BMCC MFT to capture most 'low' light situations and with some additional lighting should provide a good image. I know with the BMCC MFT and Metabones Speed Boost on an EF T1.5 or T1.2 lens, you can also reach that goal but I still think the smaller MFT lenses are more suitable for keeping everything as lightweight as possible compared to full EF lenses and the Metabones. So I think I'll still go with whatever Kholi likes! 8^)

Seems like the proverbial Bird-in-Hand scenario is appropriate!

True enough, that may be the deciding factor for many. I knew you would sell it within an hour or two! Was very nice of you to post here first in my opinion.
