My Ursa mini 4k doesn't start up

Hi, my name is Roger and i recently bought the Ursa Mini 4k via B&H, it was packed and sent to my home country Suriname. Upon arrival, i started up the camera and everything seemed fine for the first few minutes, but after trying to film some raw 4k footage on the brand new and formated lexar cfast cards it seemd to freeze when trying to playback the footage in camera. At that point i had not done the software update yet(it was fresh out the box). Now the problem is that when i try to start up the camera the screen lights up but no info can be seen (just a black lit up screen) and sometimes if a get lucky after een few tries than it might boot up regurarly. Even after installingen the 3.1 update it still starts up when it wants. I've tried leaving it on for minutes with the hope that it might boot up from lit black screen, but no luck. Do a have a defect in my product???
