Any noticeable lag that throws you off when filming motion, namely.... actors moving? I've seen some instances where there's lag.

No I have a Marshall 7" HDMI monitor. Im either going to sell it or go the BMD SDI to HDMI converter route but I've seen tests where there's lag on some converters. Anyone experiencing lag with BMD's SDI to HDMI adapter?

I got the hyperdeck shuttle 2 to act as a convertor, and to also be able to record prores and raw simultaneously when needed.

Lag testing images here (i would assume the blackmagic convertor would be similar in lag):

Image

You can see there's roughly a frame of lag on the BMCC screen itself, then one more frame going to the SmallHD DP6 which is either the shuttle or the DP6. I'm guessing the lag is from the DP6.

The Zacuto EVF has much more lag (3 or so more frames) but has better colour, especially red - even more so than the bmcc screen:

Is that DP6 connected to the Hyperdeck via HDMI or SDI? I'm wondering if the Zacuto EVF has more lag because it has to go through an SDI to HDMI conversion, whereas the Small HD DP6 has only 1 frame of lag because it DOESN'T need to do an SDI to HDMI conversion.

I don't have the SDI option for my DP6 as it was a $400USD upgrade (plus shipping) and the Hyperdeck shuttle was cheaper!!

So in those photos, both monitors are connected to the shuttle via HDMI.
