Are there any motion control rigs that can control the mini for moving interval shots?

Thank you

Thank you

I've been using the emotimo Spectrum 4-axis head with great success. It can hold the 4.6k, the Sigma 18-35 and a big AB battery with no problem. I power the Spectrum by taking a tap off the battery, so no external power needed for the head. The head comes with a playstation controller that provides amazing ballistic control for real-time moves -- and totally silently. It's an insanely valuable and robust piece of kit. I use it with a DP Stage 1 slider, but there are a ton of sliders that'll work with it... some of which allow incredibly high-speed moves for overcranked work.

This is the best L-bracket to hold it:

And here's the power cable for gold mount batteries:

Excellent, thank you. Does it speak to the mini?

You must mean for Shoot-Move-Shoot control. I'm not sure if they have a cable for it but you could contact them. I only use it for RT moves with the UM, and use my D800 for time-lapse. That said, I've found that SMS isn't really very important for anything except astronomical time-lapse where the exposure times are so long. In fact non-SMS (for daylight time-lapse) can even be helpful by introducing a slight amounts of natural motion blur into the shot.
