BMDCC SSD Hot swap?

PostThu Feb 28, 2013 2:00 am

Anyone know if the SSD is a hot swap compatible setup? Or is a camera power down required?

For both camera and SSD, it's a very bad idea to swap without powering down. Same goes for switching lenses.

"A song of swap is a sad song
hi lili, hi lili, hi lo
a song of swap is a song of woe
don't ask me how I know..."

I really don't have any personal experience of the issue, but I have HEARD the WORD.

(Sorry for being silly.)
