Issues with newest BMPCC Software Installer

I have downloaded and attempted to install the new updating software for 2.1 on the Pocket. It installs fine however it doesn't come up anywhere in the Start menu and it doesn't come up if i search for it. The earlier versions all work fine as I have just tested them
