Ursa Mini Pro - ProResHQ Horizontal Line/Dead Pixels

I just unboxed my Ursa Mini Pro and fired it up for the first time to see how it operates. The RAW looks good, but the ProRes HQ/4.6k @23.976 has a hideous horizontal band (nested into an almost grid-like noise) and at least a couple dead pixels. Any thoughts/suggestions? I need to shoot a spot with this camera next week and I can't afford to shoot everything RAW - this camera was a big investment for me, and I need it to be more consistent/reliable. I'm very anxious after these first 10 minutes of shooting... :|

The camera just arrived last week; it's the new Mini Pro running what appears to be the latest firmware (4.3, which was updated to support this model).

Did you find a solution to this? I'm having the same problem.
