Cine Gear Expo 2017 is the premier annual event for professionals engaged in the technology, entertainment and media industry. Starting today in Hollywood, California. Blackmagic Design will be on booth: S226.

I did not ask.
That would have been an interesting conversation.

My thinking is that there is a lot of hardware involved.

Maybe someone can pick up on that at the CineGear Expo.

When I went to the Burbank do, I think that they had people from the actual Ultimatte company bought by BMD.
They were not wearing the usual black shirts but civies.
There was a rep there from BMD in black shirt but she defered to the civies.

When I attended CineGear there were the usual suspects from BMD that I have gotten to recognize over the years.The Ultimatte hardware looked rather under loved and not being shown the respect it deserves by the attendees.

Enjoy the Roadshow when it gets to you. It is mind blowing gear.

What ever happened with the Vancouver stop?

I registered over a month ago, and was told to await an email that never came. Then today I received an invitation to the Toronto show -- which is on the other side of the country.

Was the Vancouver stop cancelled?
